KARKAI NANDRE- Educational scholarship
This Karkai Nandre project focuses on educational support for the higher education of talented underprivileged students in rural and urban areas. Identifying the students, educational guidance, financial support for their tuition fees, hostel fees, skill development, career guidance, finding employment opportunities are the various stages of the project.
Vision:
Any child who is capable and yearns for higher education should get an equal opportunity. Education shall not be denied to because of his economic or family or any other life situation. With this sole purpose the โKarkai Nandreโ Project focuses on providing higher education after school studies for the eligible students.

Vision:
Ananda Chaitanya Training Academy is a skill development initiative of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation's "Vaiya Thalaimaikol" (Lead the world). At present we focus on special skill sets that ensures job opportunities and greater growth prospect.
This project mainly focuses on various skill development of youngsters. There is a serious lack of usable skill set among youngsters in-spite of their educational qualifications such as degree in engineering or science. We focus on creating skill training right from communication skills to technical skills. This project's aim is to ignite the intellectual passion and in built strength of an individual. Presently Ananda chaitanya Training academy offers Embedded training through online/offline for students and professionals by our volunteers who are working professionals with collective experience of 30+ years industrial experience.

Yesterday evening After I experienced the Stillness meditation. Yogic exercises Asanas, pranayama & Chaitanya Meditation I felt calm and peaceful inside. My mind was fully quiet I didn't think about any worries or problems. For The first time, I felt my mind was so happy without any reason & thought process, my mind was entirely happy. Today morning nearly after 06:30 AM I experienced the above 5 sets of yoga practices My mind was entirely blank and calm with happy I experienced this peaceful silence for more than 2 hours. Especially while I was doing Chaitanya meditation, I felt too silent in my inner mind, I entirely connected with myself. After I experienced the Chaitanya meditation my entire body was relaxed, my mind was calm and very happy. I felt too wonderful experience in Chaitanya meditation.
Namaskaram Thillai Guruji, I have been meditating continuously for 24 days. Most days were good. A few days mental arguments disturbed and so I got up early. The best days were the long vijayadashami weekend.. All 3 days were quiet, peaceful, productive. Not one unwanted thought, talk around me physically or virtually. Felt the urge to meditate more. It was quite a experience like never before. After our classes, I have started to sit on floor crossed legs, avoiding snacking. I wish I could avoid mental arguments and stop reacting to situations. Usually it continues even after the situation passes but this time I became normal sooner than usual. Hoping and praying that someday I stop reacting to situations and not allow things to affect me so much. Thank you!
I had attended basic and advanced yoga courses conducted by Anandha chaitanya foundation.
I felt very lucky to attend the Yoga advance program, with Shri Thillai anna to teach me who is very skilled and carry a good vibe.

Aravinthan Selva Namaskaram Guruji, I have been waiting to give this feedback, thanks for the opportunity. First of all I thank the Almighty and my sister who helped me to get introduced to this forum thus this practice session at Nithayavanam! It is a big game changer for someone like me who always on the move, tensed ,doing multiple things, stressed up, as it is easy to blame on the life style. The sessions with Master in the venue really broke many myths and established rituals so to say for me. Though I felt proud to be an organised person the sessions made me realise that there is much more to the lifestyle and the way we live. Some visible changes the practices brought in me - I am able to be more focused. I could see am doing only one job at a time. I used to day dream and get lost without any productivity. This is more or less stopped Am able to resist mobile usage otherwise it was an extension of my body. I have set timelines for using that. I stopped seeing mobile while eating - this is a big moment as my wife is happy that am eating consciously I am more relaxed, could sense the purpose of being in that moment I reduced my anger level a lot. Am able to understand the opposite views , listening to them patiently. This really helps me in the official life. Most importantly, am able to bring down the instances of forgetting something. I could sense what am missing or needing. On the physical front, my BP is constantly normal, my shoulder pain has come down, eating just needed,etc. Even after a stressful travel after meditation, I could bring back the energy to face the day. The restlessness is not there. Some of the things need clarity After 10 days of practice or so, could see a mirror image of me during meditation. But for very brief seconds. During Yogi Nithra practice, I could see me floating, again very briefly. To summarise, I am longing to do meditation practice and on those days of absence I realised was not in my best!
