திரு. தில்லை செந்தில் பிரபு அவர்களால் நிறுவப்பட்ட இவ்வறக்கட்டளை, கல்வி, திறன் மேம்பாடு, ஆன்மிக வளர்ச்சி, சுகாதாரம், யோகா மற்றும் தியானம் போன்ற பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளின் மூலம் தனிநபர்கள் மற்றும் சமூகங்களின் முழுமையான நலனுக்காக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.

கற்கை நன்றே – கல்வியின் மூலம் மாணவர் மேம்பாடு

கற்கை நன்றே – ஆனந்த சைதன்யா அறக்கட்டளையின் முக்கியமான சமூக முன்னெடுப்புகளில் ஒன்றாகும். பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த, கல்வியில் திறமையும் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான ஆர்வமும் கொண்ட மாணவர்கள், உயர்கல்வியைத் தொடர உதவுவதே இத்திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும்.

இதுவரை 50-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட திறமையான மாணவர்களுக்கு இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் ஆதரவு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவர்களில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க அளவில் மாணவிகளும், ஒற்றைப் பெற்றோர் குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களும் உள்ளனர். மருத்துவம், துணை மருத்துவப் படிப்புகள், பொறியியல், கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு உயர்கல்விப் பிரிவுகளில் மாணவர்கள் கல்வி பயின்று வருகின்றனர்.

கல்விக் கட்டணம், புத்தகங்கள், கல்வி உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் பிற அத்தியாவசிய கல்வித் தேவைகளுக்கான ஆதரவை வழங்குவதன் மூலம், பொருளாதாரச் சிக்கல்கள் காரணமாக கல்வி தடைபடாமல் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் எதிர்காலத்தை உருவாக்க அறக்கட்டளை துணை நிற்கிறது.

திறமையும் கல்வியில் முன்னேறுவதற்கான உறுதியும் கொண்டிருந்தும், பொருளாதார சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ளும் மாணவர்களுக்கு தரமான உயர்கல்வியை அணுகக்கூடியதாக மாற்றுவதே கற்கை நன்றே திட்டத்தின் முதன்மை நோக்கமாகும்.

கற்கை நன்றே உதவித்தொகை – தேர்வு செயல்முறை

ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரின் கல்வித் திறன், பொருளாதார நிலை, குடும்பச் சூழல், தொடர்புத் திறன், ஊக்கம் மற்றும் ஒட்டுமொத்த திறனை கருத்தில் கொண்டு, கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட மற்றும் முழுமையான மதிப்பீட்டு முறையின் அடிப்படையில் உதவித்தொகை பெறும் மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகின்றனர்.

கற்கை நன்றே உதவித்தொகை இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் ஆண்டிற்கு இருமுறை விண்ணப்பங்கள் பெறப்பட்டு, அறக்கட்டளையின் தன்னார்வலர்கள் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்களின் உதவியுடன் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது. இம்முறை 30-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் பெறப்பட்டு, இறுதியாக 9 மாணவர்கள் உதவித்தொகைக்குத் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

கற்கை நன்றே குழுவில் ஆகஸ்ட் 2026-ல் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் விவரம்

மதிப்பீட்டு அளவுகோல்கள்(5-படிநிலை செயல்முறை)

1. தொலைபேசி நேர்காணல் மற்றும் பின்னணி சரிபார்ப்பு
மாணவரின் பொருளாதார நிலை, குடும்பச் சூழல், தொடர்புத் திறன், விண்ணப்பத்தில் வழங்கப்பட்ட தகவல்களின் சரியான தன்மை, ஊக்கம் மற்றும் சிறப்புத் திறன்கள் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகின்றன.

2. கல்வித் திறன் மதிப்பீடு
மாணவரின் ஒட்டுமொத்த கல்விச் சதவீதம் மதிப்பெண்களாக மாற்றப்படுகிறது.

3. எழுத்துத் தேர்வு மதிப்பீடு
கொடுக்கப்பட்ட எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் மாணவர் தனது எண்ணங்களை தெளிவாக வெளிப்படுத்தும் திறன் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது. மாணவர்கள் தமிழ் அல்லது ஆங்கிலத்தில் பதிலளித்துள்ளனர்.

4. நேரடி / இணையவழி நேர்காணல்
நிறுவனர், தேர்வுப் பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்ற மாணவர்களுடன் நேரடியாக கலந்துரையாடி, அவர்களின் கல்வி இலக்குகள், ஊக்கம், குடும்பச் சூழல் மற்றும் எதிர்காலத் திறனை மதிப்பீடு செய்கிறார்.

5. வீட்டுச் சூழல் சரிபார்ப்பு
சாத்தியமான இடங்களில், தன்னார்வலர் ஒருவர் மாணவரின் வீட்டிற்கு சென்று விண்ணப்பம் மற்றும் தொலைபேசி நேர்காணலில் வழங்கப்பட்ட தகவல்களை சரிபார்க்கலாம். நேரில் செல்வது சாத்தியமில்லாத சூழலில், மாணவர் தனது வீடு மற்றும் சுற்றுப்புறத்தைக் காட்டும் காணொளியை வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றனர்.

மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு அப்பால் – திறனை அடையாளம் காணுதல்

ஒரு மாணவரின் திறனை கல்வி மதிப்பெண்களால் மட்டுமே அளவிட முடியாது என்பது ஆனந்த சைதன்யா அறக்கட்டளையின் நம்பிக்கையாகும். எனவே, கற்கை நன்றே திட்டம் பொருளாதாரத் தேவை, குடும்பச் சூழல், கல்வித் திறன், தொடர்புத் திறன், ஊக்கம், சிறப்புத் திறன்கள் மற்றும் விடாமுயற்சி ஆகியவற்றை ஒருங்கிணைத்து முழுமையான அணுகுமுறையில் மாணவர்களை மதிப்பீடு செய்கிறது.

இந்த முன்னெடுப்பின் மூலம், பொருளாதாரத் தடைகளை நீக்கி, மாணவர்களின் கனவுகளுக்கு ஆதரவளித்து, கல்வியின் மூலம் இளம் தலைமுறையினர் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்றிக்கொள்ளும் வாய்ப்பை உருவாக்குவதே அறக்கட்டளையின் நோக்கமாகும்.

KARKAI NANDRE – EMPOWERING STUDENTS THROUGH EDUCATION

Karkai Nandre is a flagship initiative of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation dedicated to supporting meritorious students from financially disadvantaged families in pursuing higher education.

The initiative has supported 50+ talented students, with many beneficiaries being girls and students from single-parent families. Students have pursued higher education in Medicine, Paramedical Sciences, Engineering, Arts, and Science.

The Foundation provides support towards tuition fees, books, educational resources, and other essential academic needs, enabling deserving students to continue their education and build a brighter future.

OUR OBJECTIVE

To make quality higher education accessible to talented students who have the ability and determination to succeed but face financial challenges.

KARKAI NANDRE SCHOLARSHIP – SELECTION PROCESS

The scholarship follows a structured and holistic evaluation process to understand each student’s academic performance, financial circumstances, family background, communication skills, motivation, and overall potential.

Applications are received through the Karkai Nandre Scholarship Portal twice a year and evaluated with the support of Foundation volunteers and coordinators.

This time we have received nearly 30+ applications and finally selected 9 students for the scholarship.

Below listed are the students selected for Karkai Nandre scholarship in August 2026,

EVALUATION CRITERIA

1. PHONE INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

Understanding the student’s financial situation, family circumstances, communication skills, accuracy of information, motivation, and special talents.

• ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

The student’s overall academic percentage is converted into marks automatically by the software.

• WRITTEN TEST

Students are assessed on their ability to express their thoughts and respond to the prescribed written test in Tamil or English.

• DIRECT / ONLINE INTERVIEW

The Founder personally interacts with shortlisted students to understand their aspirations, motivation, circumstances, and potential.

• HOME VISIT – VERIFICATION

Where feasible, a volunteer may visit the student’s home to verify the information provided during the application and phone interview. Where a physical visit is not possible, the student may be requested to provide a video of their home and surroundings.

BEYOND MARKS – IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL

At Ananda Chaitanya Foundation, we believe that a student’s potential cannot be measured by academic marks alone.

Karkai Nandre therefore takes a holistic approach, considering financial need, family circumstances, academic ability, communication, motivation, special talents, and determination.
