Ananda Chaitanya Program (ACP) Meditation Sathsang was conducted online on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivarathri. Around 35 participants from across the world joined the session and made meaningful use of this sacred opportunity for inner transformation.
The satsang included the guided practice of all core ACP tools and meditation processes under the direct guidance of Teacher Thillai Senthil Prabu.
The session created a powerful meditative space where participants could experience stillness, awareness, and deeper connection within.
Following the practices, participants shared their experiences and reflected on how ACP tools have been helping them in their day-to-day lives. Many spoke about significant life benefits, including:
● Reduction in blood pressure and improvement in physical health
● Multifold increase in focus and clarity
● Identifying and overcoming personal tendencies and patterns
● Enhanced emotional stability and mental wellbeing
● Better time management and increased productivity
● Improved relationships within family and in the outside world
Teacher Thillai Senthil Prabu also explained the mechanics and deeper working of ACP tools in great detail, helping participants understand how these practices bring transformation at both the mental and energetic levels.
The main satsang topic revolved around the VAK aspects and how speech and inner sound can be used as a powerful tool to become meditative. He elaborated on the four levels of Vak:
Para Vak
Pashyanti Vak
Madhyama Vak
Vaikhari Vak
The explanation included how mind, conditioning, and habitual patterns mix into these levels, and how one can gradually become free from such conditioning through awareness and practice.
This was followed by the teaching and guided practice of Pranava Nada Dhyanam, a powerful sadhana. Many participants experienced profound and deep meditative states during this practice.
The satsang concluded with encouragement for all participants to continue practicing Pranava Nada Dhyanam that evening and whenever possible, so that the benefits experienced during Mahashivarathri can deepen further in daily life.
Overall, the online Mahashivarathri ACP Meditation Sathsang was a deeply enriching and transformative experience for all participants.
