Three-Day Residential “Ulakuvithal – Dhyana (Focus–Meditation) Program” at Vellimalai – Part of the Unified Wisdom Initiative | November 7, 8 & 9

The tranquil mountain ranges of Vellimalai hosted a deeply enriching three-day residential Ulakuvithal – Dhyana (Focus–Meditation) Program from November 7 to 9, conducted as part of the Unified Wisdom Initiative founded by renowned writer Jeyamohan.

A total of 42 participants from varied backgrounds—professionals, homemakers, students, and seekers—came together to experience three days of meditation, introspection, and inner renewal in the serene embrace of nature. The calm and untouched atmosphere of Vellimalai created the perfect backdrop for participants to disengage from routine pressures and discover a deeper dimension of silence and awareness.

Across the three days, the program offered:
✅ Intensive meditation practices to sharpen attention and deepen inner stillness
✅ Breathwork and relaxation sessions for balancing mind and emotions
✅ Periods of silence and reflection to cultivate clarity and presence
✅ Group sharing circles that brought connection, insights, and collective growth

The cool mountain breeze, forest trails, and natural silence amplified the meditative experience, allowing participants to slip effortlessly into deeper states of calmness. Many described the program as transformative, liberating, and rejuvenating, noting improvements in clarity, emotional balance, sleep, and overall mental well-being.

The retreat beautifully demonstrated the essence of Ulakuvithal—awakening inner focus and expanding awareness—helping individuals carry back a renewed sense of direction and balance into their day-to-day lives.

This Vellimalai retreat marks another meaningful step as part of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation’s goal , bringing people together to explore consciousness, compassion, and the possibilities of inner transformation
