Two-Day Deep Focus Program at Aalam School, Kalapatti – Organized by Ananda Chaitanya Foundation – Member, Indian Yoga Association (IYA)

As part of a series of programs honoring International Yoga Day (June 21), the Ananda Chaitanya Foundation, a member of the Indian Yoga Association (IYA), conducted a transformative Two-Day Deep Focus Program at Aalam School, Kalapatti, exclusively for the school’s teachers and management team. The program had 42 enthusiastic participants.

Designed and conducted by Shri Thillai Senthil Prabu, Founder of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation and a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, the program centered on “Dharana” – the Yogic principle of focus, drawing from the profound insights of Sage Patanjali and blending them with modern psychological perspectives. The sessions offered practical life applications to help participants develop sustained attention, inner clarity, and emotional balance in everyday living.

The program included yogic exercises, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, and simple yet powerful spiritual tools for daily integration.

These practices are known to support relief from respiratory ailments like sinusitis and asthma, migraines, acidity, and pain-related conditions, while helping manage anxiety, depression, and fear. They also promote emotional stability, improve relationships, and enhance focus, clarity, and productivity in daily life.

This Deep Focus Program stood as a meaningful step toward bringing the essence of ancient yogic wisdom into modern living—empowering educators and leaders to lead healthier, more mindful, and purpose-driven lives.
