Thillai Senthil Prabu Addresses Management Students at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College

On July 16, 2025, Thillai Senthil Prabu, founder of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation and Vice President of MAK Controls & Systems, was invited as the Chief Guest for the inauguration of the Efficio Association organized by the Department of Management Science at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Coimbatore.

The event witnessed the participation of over 800 Business Administration students from various specializations including logistics, finance, and international business. The gathering was graced by the presence of eminent academicians: Dr. Julian Gnana Dhas (HoD), Dr. J. Mary Saranya (HoD), Dr. P. Rajan (Dean), and Principal Dr. Jagajeevan.

In his keynote address, Thillai Senthil Prabu highlighted the diverse opportunities available for management graduates, especially in emerging sectors like defence and technology, where project managers and leadership roles are in high demand.

He emphasized that one of the most vital qualities of a future leader is observation, which is a natural byproduct of focused attention. Addressing the challenge of diminishing attention spans in the digital age, he explained how the power of focus can manifest success and how internal and external distractions—especially mental chatter—must be managed mindfully.

Offering simple methods to overcome these distractions, he encouraged students to develop inner clarity and mental discipline. He concluded his inspiring talk with a powerful quote from Swami Vivekananda, urging students to “arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.”

The event concluded with the swearing-in of the new office bearers of the Efficio Association, marking a fresh chapter of leadership and innovation for the department.
