Coimbatore | April 16, 2025 — After two months of immersive training in embedded systems, the culmination day of the DSPIC-based Embedded Systems Program was successfully conducted on April 16 at Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET). Mr.M.Vignesh from Ananda Chaitanya Foundation, Coimbatore trained the students, those who have opted this studio course in CIET. During the training, both theoretical and practical sessions were scheduled and the students gave good attention towards the training.
The training program, which focused on hands-on learning using Sigma DSP Boards developed by MAK Controls & Systems (P) Ltd in association with Ananda Chaitanya Foundation, saw enthusiastic participation from 28 second-year EEE students. Over the past two months, students gained exposure to real-time embedded applications, with in-depth sessions on microcontroller architecture, digital signal processing, and interfacing techniques.
On culmination day, Mr. Thillai Senthil Prabu, Vice President of MAK Controls & Systems and Founder of Ananda Chaitanya Foundation (ACF), conducted a thought-provoking Focus Workshop. The workshop explored practical tools and ancient insights into attention management and deep work practices, empowering students to sharpen their concentration skills—an essential asset in the field of engineering.
Certificates of completion were awarded to all 28 students. The event was graced by Dr. Manikandan Subramaniam, Principal of CIET, Mr. Gokul, Head of the Department (EEE), and faculty members. Mr. Rajamurugan, Coordinator of ACTA (Ananda Chaitanya Technical Academy), and Mr. Vignesh, the program’s lead trainer, were also present to acknowledge the students’ achievements.
This collaboration between MAK, ACF, and CIET stands as a model for industry-academia synergy, equipping students with practical skills and an inspired mindset for their future careers.
